加拿大移民注意：加拿大關于家庭成員的定義

加拿大移民要想申請加拿大各省家庭類移民，需要清楚加拿大對親屬關系的定義，什么是 Step-relative ，什么是 In-laws relative，哪些親屬可以被擔保移民加拿大等？ 
　　

1. 家庭成員或親屬（Family Members or Relatives）

　　Aunt（伯母,姑,嬸,姨）: 父母的姐妹, 父母兄弟的妻子； Uncle（伯,姑父,舅,叔,姨父): 父母的兄弟, 父母姐妹的丈夫；
　　Brother: 兄弟；
　　Child: 子女（無論年齡大小）；
　　Cousin: 堂(或表)兄弟(姐妹)，你 uncle 或 aunt 的子女；
　　Daughter: 女兒；
　　Father: 父親；
　　First cousins（堂兄弟姐妹）: uncle 或 aunt 的子女；
　　Grandchild（孫）: 兒女的孩子；
　　Granddaughter: 孫女，外孫女；
　　Grandfather: 祖父、外祖父；
　　Grandmother: 祖母、外祖母；
　　Grandparent: 祖父母、外祖父母；
　　Grandson: 孫子，外孫；
　　Half-brother：同母異父兄弟；同父異母兄弟；
　　Half-sister: 同母異父姐妹；同父異母姐妹；
　　Mother: 母親；
　　Nephew: 侄子、外甥；
　　Niece: 侄女、外甥女；
　　Parent: 父母；
　　Second cousin: 遠堂兄弟姐妹（第二代堂兄妹,第二代表兄妹），父母堂（表）兄弟姐妹的子女(一般不具有被擔保資格)；
　　Sister: 姐妹；
　　Son: 兒子；
　　

2. 同等的繼親（Step-relative of the Same Level）

繼親沒有直系血緣關系，是因為父母再婚后建立的關系（step means a relation not by birth but because a parent has remarried）

　　Step-brother: 不是親生兄弟，但其父（母）與你的母（父）結婚；
　　Step-sister: 不是親生姐妹，但其父（母）與你的母（父）結婚；
　　Step-cousin: uncle 或 aunt 的 stepchild，或 step-aunt or step-uncle 的子女；
　　Step-daughter: 繼女，你配偶與其前配偶的女兒；
　　Step-son: 繼子；
　　Step-father: 繼父，與你的母親結婚但不是你的親生父親；
　　Step-mother: 繼母；
　　Step-granddaughter: 繼孫女；
　　Step-grandfather: 繼祖父；
　　Step-grandmother: 繼祖名；
　　Step-grandson: 繼孫子；
　　Step-aunt: 父母的 stepbrother 或 父母 step-aunt 的丈夫；
　　Step-uncle: 父母的 stepsister 或 父母 stepbrother 的妻子；
　　Step-nephew: 你（或你配偶的）兄弟姐妹的 stepson，或者你（或者你配偶的）stepbrother or stepsister 的兒子；
　　Step-niece: 你（或你配偶的）兄弟姐妹的 stepdaughter，或者你（或者你配偶的）stepbrother or stepsister 的女兒；
　　

3. In-laws ：姻親(無血緣關系的親戚 relatives by marriage)

　　Brother-in-law: 內兄,內弟,大伯子,小叔子,姐夫,妹夫（配偶的兄弟, 姐妹的丈夫，配偶姐妹的丈夫）；
　　Father-in-law: 岳父,公公（配偶的父親）；
　　Mother-in-law: 婆母, 岳母（配偶的母親）；
　　Sister-in-law: 姑子，姨于，嫂子，弟媳 （配偶的姐妹, 兄弟的妻子, 配偶兄弟的姐妹）；
　　

4. 其他家屬關系（Other Family Relations）

　　Common-law partner: 同居伴侶或普通法伴侶，是指同性或異性以同居關系生活在一起至少一年；該關系在加拿大被認為是事實的婚姻予以承認但不是法律上的婚姻，中國不承認；
　　Spouse: 配偶，通過結婚建立的關系，丈夫和妻子可以是同性也可以是異性，加拿大是承認同性婚姻的，但中國不承認；
